ARCHITECT: F T Pilkington, 1864-9.

The architect's home. Idiosyncratic Romanesque style. Two storeys, basement and attic. Symmetrical south front with projected centre, three arch arcade at first floor, centre gable flanked by angle base; circled angle with stilted arches. Stonework features polychrome panels.
