Description Extract from Sir Walter Scott’s ‘Lay of the Last Minstrel’ with introduction by John Britton, p.1.
Date c. 1846
Collection Collection of papers relating to Rosslyn Chapel, Midlothian, Scotland
Catalogue Number SC 2573975

Copy of AL 39/17
Scope and Content The excerpt has been copied by Britton’s secretary who wrongly attributed the text to Sir Walter Scott’s poem ‘The Lady of the Lake’.
