Still House (item 7 on plan): elevated interior view from north, showing six copper pot stills, all of which are heated by steam coils. The two larger stills in the centre are Wash Stills. This distillery has a triple distillation process, which explains the presence of two low wines stills on either side of the Wash Stills.
