There are photographs of Jedburgh bicycle games (penny farthings) 1881 and of the Jedburgh Picnic 1886. Also included are T Smail's shop at 16 High Street, Jedburgh, next door to James Gray, Brewer & Maltster's pend with Thomas Smail himself and Gray's staff and dog posed outside the building which is covered with flower pots and baskets. There is also a river view, probably on the Teviot below Fatlips, which shows Thomas Smail, fishing.
