Glengarioch Distillery, Distillery Road, from 1797. Earliest is the malt floor and store, by Ingram, Lamb & Co, a chunky four-storey, 11-bay range of maltings in granite rubble, attractively functional. Cast-iron columns within. Still-house three storeys with attached boiler-house with brick chimney. The bonds, with nine immense granite bays, are mid-19th century as are the coped rubble walls to the rear of the pyramidal-roofed kilns.
