Scope and Content This image shows Arbuthnott House and Designed Landscape, with Arbuthknott and Mains Farms also visible. Bervie Water is in the foreground. The House, originally a rectangular tower-house dated 1588, and considerably extended in 1660, 1754 and 1810, now presents no external appearance of antiquity.
