Scope and Content This 31-page report is a baseline report, by CFA Limited, commissioned by BMT Cordah on behalf of I & H Brown Ltd, considering the likely effects on cultural heritage interests of the construction and operation of a proposed windfarm at Toddleburn, Scottish Borders. 29 sites of cultural heritage significance have been identified, and it is likely that other unrecorded remains of significance may survive in the area. Two Scheduled Ancient Monuments and one Listed Building lie within the development area. A constraints map has been produced, recommendations made regarding siting, and the likely need for pre-construction mitigation work has been identified.
