MAUSOLEUM. On the top of Dunan Aula, a natural knoll a short distance E of the garden and 650m NNE of Barbreck House, there is a mausoleum which stands a little to the S of a prehistoric cist (en.4). The rubble-built mausoleum is 5.2m square, with a pyramidal slated roof, and contains two mural tablets of white marble commemorating Major-General John Campbell, who died in 1794, and Isabella Campbell, widow of Rear-Admiral Donald Campbell, who died in 1861.There are also two blank mural panels.
