A dun.

M Campbell and M Sandeman 1964.

Situated on the tidal islet Eilean na Nighinn are the remains of a dun. It is sub-circular on plan and measures 15.8m NE-SW x 17.6m transversely over walls 2 to 3.0m thick and 1.0m high in places. The entrance, obscured by tumble, is on the SW and there is a possible annex attached to the NE which utilises a natural terrace.
