OS 6"map, Morayshire, 2nd ed., (1906)

The cot at Milton Duff is rectangular - 15 feet by 12 feet - with crowstepped gables, two string courses on the back wall and a 'lean-to' roof of stone slabs.

Generally as described above. It is probably of 17th century date.
