At NJ 0416 4740 set into a SE facing slope is a circular hut visible as a platform c 7.5m in diameter bounded in the NW by a pronounced back scarp and elsewhere by a turf-covered bank spread to c 2.5m in which little stone is visible. The entrance is not apparent.
The hut occurs in a contemporary field system defined by stone clearance heaps, lynchets and occasional field walls, with fields varying between c 20.0m square and c 15.0m by c 10.0m.
