At NR 5256 6767, on an easterly slope within abandoned 18th/19th century cultivation, is a round cairn with cist. It is heather-covered and measures 5.5m diameter by 0.8m high; no kerb is visible. The cist, centrally positioned and aligned E-W, measures 1.1m long by 0.7m wide by 0.5m deep. The side slabs remain, but the cap-stone is displaced over the east end; the floor of the cist is disturbed peat and stones.

Surveyed at 1/2500.

Visited by OS (J M) 3 May 1978.
