HY31NW 22 3011 1634.

There is a mound of burnt stones about 300 yds west of Ballarat House. (Area: HY 301 163)

RCAHMS 1946.

There is no trace of a burnt mound in the area indicated by the Commission. The only mound to be seen is at HY 3011 1634, close by a bend in the stream, but it contains no burnt material. It is 1.0m. high, amorphous, and has a modern fence running across its top.
