Centred at NH 578 769, at the base of a SW-facing slope are two circular stone-walled huts (A and B). Hut 'A' is denuded and evident as a platform, measuring about 12.0m in diameter, with traces of walling around the perimeter. Several outer wall facing stones are visible in the N and E arcs. In the NE two or three inner facing stones give a wall thickness of 1.5m at this point. The S and W parts of the platform are eroded. The entrance is not evident.

'B' is mutilated and also evident as a platform, measuring about 8.5m in diameter, with traces of walling round the rim. The entrance, in the S is ill-defined. To the NE of the huts for a distance of about 300m in rough terrain, are a few scattered stone clearance heaps which are probably from cultivation plots contemporary with the huts.

Huts surveyed at 1/2500.

Visited by OS (RL) 11 November 1970 and (ISS) 22 March 1973.
