At ND 2047 3518, in the W side of a natural drainage course close to the SW extremity of the Iron Age settlement ND23NW 1, is slightly indented mound, 8.0m in diameter by 0.7m high. A thick turf cover prevents exploration of the core content but a burnt mound is suggested.
