Scope and Content Clatteringshaws Loch is about 6 sq. kms. in size and is situated about 6 kms west of Glentee Power Station. The Rig of Glentree, a 438 m high hill can be seen in the distance. The loch, its dam and the power station fed by its waters form part of the Galloway Hydro-Electric Power Scheme.
