Scope and Content Clatteringshaws Loch is about 6 sq. kms. in size and is situated about 6 kms west of Glenlee Power Station. Water flows from this Loch to the Power station through underground tunnels. The reflection below the old bridge is on the conservation water flow of the Knockfairling Burn. The loch, dam and power station are part of the Galloway Hydro-Electric Power Scheme.
