Scope and Content Note: Photograph taken by J. K. St Joseph, Curator in Aerial Photography, University of Cambridge. Crown copyright. Inscribed with, 'Old Windsor, Berks. QK 63-5'. Annotations also indicate the possible location of 'line of ditch?' and '?cropmarker'. Great Ditch I, Great Ditch III (Butterfly A & B), Square V and Area A+1 W extension and Ditch are all visible. Another trench has been described by the previous cataloguer as Trial Trench II. This is probably the E most trench in the image, which potentially becomes OD 1 in the following seasons.
