Scope and Content This image shows the croft land of Upper Farley, west of Beauly. In the scattered woodland top R are the remains of an extensive medieval field system surveyed by the Ordnance Survey in 1970. The large building on the R is a newly constructed house built by the landowners, Hatfield Farms, as a holiday home.
