Scope and Content A general view down the A862 from Beauly to Muir of Ord (at centre top). The Baxter, Tomich and Windhill Industrial estates, part of Muir of Ord Industrial Estate, are to the R of the road. At centre R is a field line and driveways, forming the Mansfield Showground, shown here before further development and buildings. At the time of the droving industry, this was the C18 & C19 cattle stance for Ord and Strathconon, leading to the Cromarty Firth. Ben Wyvis is on the skyline.
