Scope and Content A general view taking in much of the burgh of Cromarty. The C18 harbour is at lower right and the C19 lighthouse and keeper's house lie to the left and a little higher up. Above the higher harbour wall, beyond the crossroads, the long white building is the Royal Hotel. Above that, the three ranges of the C18 hemp and linen mill complex.
