Scope and Content Four settlement sites are visible in this winter image, with clearance cairns and some of the hut circles made clearly visible by the snow cover and low sun. The sites are: in upper left quadrant of the photograph, Blairmore (on hill named Cnoc-an-t-Sidhein), in shade but with sun catching wall footings of hut circle; beyond is a small site also recorded as Blairmore, its clearance cairns visible within curve of road and distinguished by a solitary tree in foreground; to its right, on open hillside, Culdrain with its clearance cairns; and, to right of centre, an excellent view of the extensive Achork (also recorded as Cnoc-an-t-Sidhein) site, containing hut circles, burnt mounds, kerbed cairns, and clearance cairns with evidence of cultivation and field boundaries.
