Scope and Content Rodel is a small, historic village on the Southern tip of Harris. The main point of interest is St Clements Church, centre foreground above the harbour. It is the most outstanding Church building in the Outer Isles dating from C13, with the finest richly carved tombs of that era in Scotland. The Rodel Hotel is visible by the harbour. There are numerous archaeological features recorded in both Canmore and the HER around Rodel. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
