This standing stone, situated near drives and burn at edge of shrubbery in Kilmory estate, measures 6'9" x 2'10" x 7", axis NW. Flaky shale, badly weathered, slightly sloped top.

Field Visit (June 1979)
This standing stone is situated at the junction of two driveways leaving Kilmory Castle (Campbell and Sandeman 1964); aligned NNW - SSE, it measures 0.9m by 0.18m at the base and rises with straight sides to a pointed top at a height of 2.03m. Other upright stones in the castle policies are probably garden features of relatively recent date.
