On a small mound to the NW of the old farmhouse of Leglany. When ploughed this site produces much evidence for the working of flint, pitchstone and quartz. A local resident, late of Leglany said that in the past whenever the field was ploughed an area of charcoal and blackened stones came to the surface between the site and the house.
