Field Visit (8 April 1991)

NC92NW 11 9019 2642.

An oval enclosure measuring 14m from NE to SW by 13m transversely within a stone-faced bank 1.8m in thickness and 0.3m high, is situated on a knoll on the edge of the valley of the Suisgill Burn. On the NW side of the enclosure the bank has been built over the edge of the knoll, some 2m below the level of much of the interior. The entrance lies on the SW. This enclosure is similar to that underlying hut-circle 'E' (NC92NW 4) to the SSE.
