RCAHMS Afforestable Land Survey, Cathertuns

NO56NW 18.03 5404 6593.

This house is situated at the NE end of the same low ridge as NO56NW 18.1 and 18.2 on the NW lip of the gully. It measures about 13.8m in diameter over a ditch 2.7m broad and there are slight traces of an external bank on the NE. The ditch is interrupted in three places and the position of the entrance is uncertain.

Visited by RCAHMS (DCC) 14 September 1989.
