A burnt mound is situated on the W side of the stream in the gully known as the Glen of the Dubloch, 910m NNE of Knockiebae farmhouse. It measures 13m from N to S by 7.9m transversely and is 0.8m in maximum height. In the top of the mound there is a shallow depression about 4m across; on the E the depression opens into a hollow in the side of the mound which faces on to the stream and measures 3.3m across the mouth
by 1m transversely.
