An enclosure, possibly with double banks, showing as a cropmark on AP's (106G/Scot/UK121: 3434-5, flown 1946).

A shallow depression at NT 6913 7571 is all that can be seen of the circular enclosure noted above.

This settlement, which is roughly circular on plan withing two concentric ditches about 8m apart, has been recorded as cropmarks on oblique aerial photography (RCAHMSAP 1976, 1980, 1981, 1986, 1992, 1993, 1996, 2000) lying on the E flank of Doon Hill about 520m SW of Little Pinkerton. There is an entrance on the E, and what may be roundhouses in the interior. There are three further roundhouses immediately S of the settlement.
