Location Notes: The panel lies in rough pasture on the SW flank of Eenan Hill, about 50m W of the fence line running across the hillside and about 100m SW of a stream with some trees. There are open views looking W towards Ardlamont Point and Kintyre, as well as Arran, Inchmarnock and the West coast of Bute to the S. Note: this is a re-assigned name for the panel as neither RAB 1 or RCAMS found the former Scarrel 8.

Panel Notes: This is a boulder of hard, coarse grained schist type stone measuring 1.40 x 1.0m with a height of 0.22m, sloping to the S. There are 4 cupmarks, 1 cup with a single ring and possible short radial (this cup has a depth of 1.5 cm with a diameter of 8cm and the ring surrounding it has a diameter of 19cm), 2 cups with partial rings, 1 cup with penannular and short radial, and 1 cup with large ovoid ring with extended terminuses; There are visible toolmarks on the panel.
