An aerial transcription was produced from oblique aerial photographs. Information from Historic Environment Scotland (BM) 31 March 2017.

Aerial Photographic Interpretation (24 August 2022)

The SW half of what may be a timber circle of Neolithic or early Bronze Age date has been recorded as cropmarking on oblique aerial photographs (RCAHMSAP 1992) immediately SW of Dunragit Late Neolithic timber enclosure (NX15NW 76.01). Seven pits describe an arc of a flattened circle measuring about 20m from NW to SE. A large circular dark mark may represent a large central pit.

Information from HES Archaeological Survey (K. Millican) 24 August 2022.
