OS 1:10,000 map, (1974)

There was 'a small but very perfect Druidical Circle' here about forty years ago, but the stones were removed by the tenant for building purposes. The proprietor, however, marked the site by planting trees on it.

Name Book 1865.

No trace. The trees marking the site were removed in 1969.

Visited by OS (R L) 3 December 1971.
