Located on flat ground adjacent to the Luther Water this henge measures about 10m from NNW to SSE by about 12m transversely with a narrow entrance to the ENE. The ditch varies in breadth from at least 3m to the WSW widening to about 4m at the pronounced terminals, which are slightly offset. Recorded as cropmarks on recent oblique aerial photographs (RCAHMSAP 2003) the dark marks defining the ditch have a lighter edge to them, which could suggest a unique stone lining inside the ditch, or more likely the beginnings of crop 'reversal'. Within the interior there are possible small pits, mostly lying beside the inner lip of the ditch, and several pits are visible outside the henge. Of the latter a single large circular pit is located about 4-5m to the ENE of the N ditch terminal and measures at least 2m in diameter.
