Desk Based Assessment (15 September 2017)
This single span cantilever footbridge, measuring some 160m in length, crosses the River Clyde and connects Bothwell on the E bank to Blantyre on the W. It was opened in October 1999 and replaced a bridge (NS65NE 70) that had been demolished the previous May.
