PITLESSIE OR PRIESTFIELD MALTINGS

2 Cupar Road, at east end of village.

Built in 1870 by R Houston and Paterson; operated by Bothrone’s (see F5, NO20NW and F8, NO20NE). A large three storey maltings with three pyramidal-roofed kilns.

Converted to housing in the 1990s.
