Modern glass and cederwood single storey house perched on rocks. Designed by Peter Womersley (1960-3). The original sea facing section is residential and the rear third added in the 1980's is used for light industry.

Site visited by RCAHMS (STG) in advance of proposed (2015) demolition.
Originally constructed with living accommodation facing seaward (NW) and the bedroom wing facing NE . Photographs of the house, taken shortly after construction in 1964, are held within the RIBA archive.
The house has latterly been extended to S and a swimming pool has replaced the original paved courtyard. The east elevation entrance and verandah have been enclosed, and the house has been re-clad in Upvc.
