Site visited by RCAHMS (STG) in advance of proposed (2015) demolition.

Originally constructed with living accommodation facing seaward (NW) and the bedroom wing facing NE . Photographs of the house, taken shortly after construction in 1964, are held within the RIBA archive.

The house has latterly been extended to S and a swimming pool has replaced the original paved courtyard. The east elevation entrance and verandah have been enclosed, and the house has been re-clad in Upvc.
