This enclosure is situated just above the low cliffs that lie at the foot of the steep NE flank of Beinn an Duibhe, a rocky massif on the W side of the Kyle of Durness which comprises a series of knolls and ridges interspersed with wet, peaty ground. Roughly D-shaped on plan, with the chord of the D formed by a huge boulder on the N side, the enclosure measures 5m from ENE to WSW by 4m transversely over a boulder wall 0.7m in thickness and 0.5m in height (in up to three courses) that link sections of outcrop. There is a narrow entrance on the E.
