At NO 0953 4032, on the brink of an old river terrace, is a cairn reduced to a tree-grown platform c. 25.0m in diameter and 1.0m high.
Surveyed at 1/2500.

Field Visit (3 April 1989)
The remains of this grass-grown cairn are situated on the edge of a river terrace some 300m S of Forehill steading and measure 24.5m from E-W by 23m in diameter and 0.6m in height. The edge of the turf-covered mound is well-defined but the centre has been disturbed.
