Field Visit (3 September 1997)

This oval grass-grown burnt mound is situated on the floor of a gully to the W of a small watercourse. It measures 5.2m from E to W by 3.9m transversely and 0.5m in height. There is an exposure of fire-cracked stones and black soil on the top of the mound.
