Archaeology Notes

NS88NW 92 8378 8750

The cropmarks of what may be a pit-alignment have been recorded on oblique aerial photography (RCAHMSAP 1999) on level ground immediately N of Plean. What may be a slightly sinuous line of broad pits run roughly from WNW to ESE for about 150m. They may be of modern agricultural origin.

Information from RCAHMS (KMM) 16 February 2004.
