This building is situated on a terrace on the lower SW flank of Brown Holm, some 160m NE of Kirkton of Clova. Rectangular on plan, it measures 9.2m from ESE to WNW by 1.9m transversely within stone wall-footings 0.6m in thickness and up to 0.3m in height. There is an entrance in the SSW side and the interior is divided into two compartments.
