Archaeology Notes

HU16SE 15 1640 6141 and 1656 6128.

Two burnt mounds, the larger of which, at HU 1638 6142, measures c.20.0m by c.16.0m and is c.2.0m high. There are several earth fast stones within its hollow interior. The other, at HU 1654 6129, is slightly crescentic and measures c.17.0m by c.13.0m and c.1.5m high.

Two burnt mounds, the larger of which, at HU 1638 6142, measures c.20.0m by c.16.0m and is c.2.0m high. There are several earth fast stones within its hollow interior. The other, at HU 1654 6129, is slightly crescentic and measures c.17.0m by c.13.0m and c.1.5m high.
