NN50NW 4 c. 54 06.
A bronze rivetted dagger-blade National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland (NMAS DI2 - purchased 1874) 4 1/2" long and 1 3/4" broad at the base, was found in a cist at Drumlanrick, near Callander.

The present Lendrick Lodge near Brig o'Turk used to be referred to as Drumlanrick and the spelling Lanrick was occassionally used (information contained in letter from Lord Doune to A S Henshall, 8 November 1966). Enquiries were made at Lendrick Lodge and Lendrick but no further information could be found.

(Flat dagger of Masterton type). Flat dagger, triangular heel with central rivet-notch (or broken-away rivet-hole), two rivet-holes with teo plug-rivets still in position, W-shaped hilt-mark, bevelled edges, tip missing. Present length 11.4cm, present width 4.6cm. NMAS DI 2.
