A standing stone situated in a level field close to Inveraray Castle [NN00NE 15.00]. It measures 9'2" by 4' by 1'4", long axis NE-SW; it leans SW.

Field Visit (April 1981)
This standing stone is situated in the policies of Inverary Castle about 210m SW of the castle. Now leaning slightly to the SE, it measures 1.3m by 0.5m at the base and 2.8m in height, and rises with straight sides to a sloping top. Its long axis is aligned NNE - SSW.
