Field Visit (19 June 1968)

A much mutilated mound of grass-covered stones; now measuring 14.0m N-S by 8.0m E-W and 1.5m maximum height. Probably a burnt mound but little burnt stone is visible.

Surveyed at 1/2500.

A mound which has been so much destroyed by the encroachment of cultivation that its original shape is doubtful. It measures 58' N-S by 57' E-W but is only about 3' high.
