(Location cited as NJ 954 060). Shipyard and engineering works, York Place and York Street. Mainly 19th and 20th centuries. A large complex of buildings of various dates, of which the most interesting is perhaps the main engineering works, which is steel framed, with granite rubble cladding, giving the impression of being about 50 years older than its interior would suggest.
