Aerial Photographic Transcription (6 November 2000 - 15 November 2000)

An aerial transcription was produced from oblique aerial photographs. Information from Historic Environment Scotland (BM) 31 March 2017.

Aerial Photographic Interpretation (10 December 2021)

This round barrow and scattering of pits have been recorded as cropmarking on oblique aerial photographs (RCAHMSAP 1997) W of Dunragit late Neolithic timber enclosure (Canmore ID 78926). The barrow is oval on plan measuring about 6m from E-W by about 5m within a ditch about 1.5m broad and open to the NW. It has a large central pit. A broad scattering of pits of unknown date and function are visible around.
