Present location: set upright in the grounds of Keith Hall at NJ 7880 2135.
Evidence for discovery: found in the River Don in 1953 and taken to Keith Hall.
Present condition: very weathered.
Description
This substantial boulder is incised with a double disc and Z-rod symbol, above a salmon facing right and below the fish there are comb and mirror symbols.
Date: seventh century.

The symbols on the south face of the stone at NJ 7880 2136 are as illustrated by Allen and Anderson (1903), but are very weathered and difficult to decipher.
Surveyed at 1/2500.

The Class I symbol stone found in the River Don in 1853 about 200 yards above the railway bridge is preserved at Keith Hall. It is 5 feet high and 2 feet wide.

Of whinstone, this stone measures 1.5m x 0.61m, and bears a double-disc and Z-rod, the fish and the mirror and comb symbols.
