(HY 2316 1750) Knowe of Nebigarth {NR}

O.S.6"map, Orkney, 2nd ed.,(1903).

The barely-traceable remains of a mound about 20 ft in diameter. The finding of cramp on the site apparently confirms its reputation as a burial mound.

RCAHMS 1946; Name Book 1880.

Knowe of Nebigarth, the amorphous remains of a turf- covered barrow situated on the top of an eminence.
